Good Morning!
You know the story, "Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age..." God sent angels to tell them they would have a son. I'm sure Abraham was shocked and the bible says Sarah laughed within herself. And the Lord said to Abraham...
Genesis 18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.
God's promise came true and Abraham and Sarah did conceive and bear a son and called his name Isaac.
I believe God is still asking his people this same question today... Is there anything too hard for the Lord?
Jeremiah 32:27 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?
Jeremiah responds in the same chapter and says
17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:
We have so many examples in the historical writings of God's Holy Word of God Almighty outdoing himself! God's people on every hand seen the presence of The Lord's favor when they needed a divine visit most. Many times in the Old Testament we read about these divine angel visits from the Father. God still visits with us today, by the way of His Holy Spirit!
Jesus is still outdoing Himself through the hands and feet of His followers!
The Lord is still making a way when we can see the way! Caleb reminded us that The Lord gives us a lamp to our feet and light for our pathway! We don't always get a runway of lights to guide our steps, but just what we need today. Thank you Jesus!
God is still working all things for our good, to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose!
Our Refuge will protect us from the Slayer, Amen! (See the cities of refuge)
God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus!
Jesus said in Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
You know one thing that the world says is "impossible"? God doesn't speak to man! You are telling me that you pray to "God" and he hears you and gives you an answer? You expect me to believe that "God" listens to you pray and then responds in a small voice.?
Yes I believe God speaks to his children, AMEN!
The bible says in many places, "The word of the Lord came to ...." I hear and I trust God's still small voice. He tells us to call on Him and he says "I will answer you." God can not lie, and if He told us to cast our cares on Him, because he "cares" (provides, supports, protects, encourages,) for us... HE HAS TO ACT ON HIS PROMISES!!!
Moses learned through a battle that the Lord's hand does not wax short!
God's word and His promises will come to pass... you can take that to the bank! Jesus said plainly, "Have faith in God!"
Do you believe with God ALL things are possible? Do you believe nothing is too hard for the Lord?
At His will all things can change in a moment. 2 Thessalonians 3 says "the Lord is faithful" Are we?
Lord Jesus, I thank you for your faithful people. It is by the power of your words we live by. In Jesus name, Amen.
Please remember our church prayer requests and all those listed in our church bulletin.

but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power,
and the glory, for ever. Amen
"Wherefore edify(encourage) one another..." 1 Thessalonians 5:11
